The municipality operates several community administration offices (Minhalim Kehilati’im):

Arnona (Municipal Tax)
Property tax is based on the property’s zone, area, and use. Residents may be eligible for discounts (10–30%) based on income and household size. Pay online, at the municipality, or at any bank.

- Most municipal staff speak Hebrew and English
- Website has a full English interface at tel-aviv.gov.il/en
- For national documents (passports, ID cards, visas), visit the Population and Immigration Authority (Rashut HaOchlusin), not the municipality
- Arnona discounts must be applied for; they’re not automatic
- The municipality’s call centre (*3555) is open Sun–Thu 8:00–20:00, Fri 8:00–13:00
